How we have been impacted

Hey Girlfriends!! Oh man. What a few crazy months we have had. My anxiety has been on high alert. The studio has been closed since the beginning of March. Th pause has been eye opening for me but also a much needed break to plan and prepare for our pending move to our new studio. All sessions have been cancelled and rescheduled as federal regulations change. The studio has been cleaned from top to bottom weekly, despite its not being used to ensure that it is a healthy environment for when we are able to welcome clients back in.

What are are doing

Effective immediately, the studio is being cleaned with hospital grade cleaning agents before each client and between sessions. Shoes are not to be worn inside the studio. Shoes will be removed in the hallway and disinfected the exception being shoes that are being used in your session. There will be a sanitization station outside of our door, we ask that you use the hand sanitizer before entering. We have discontinued use of our robes during styling. Your temperature will be taken before we proceed, any clients with temperatures over 100.4 will be asked to reschedule their session. We need come to your shoot alone. We wish your friends could come along but during this time, we ask that you respect our guidelines. We will help you lay out your wardrobe. Your stylist will be wearing a mask and gloves. As will your photographer and any assistants on hand the day of your shoot.

What you can do/how we will proceed

Please arrive on time. With the increased cleaning that needs to be preformed between clients your timeliness is very important. Remove your shoes at the studio door once you reach the third floor. Rub your hands with the sanitizer provided. Upon entry we will take your temp. Pack your own robe or zip up hoodie to wear during styling. We will direct you to the dressing room to hang up your wardrobe. We will discuss with the stylist your wishes for your hair and makeup. I can’t believe I am even about to say this but we will refrain from the typical conversation and banter that we normally engage in before your session. The stylist is only inches from your face. She is a vital part of life and I want to protect her. She will be masked and gloved for her protection and yours. All makeup will be sanitized between clients. All bedding will be changed between clients. All surfaces will be disinfected after use.

Health has always been a concern and maybe some of these seem a bit extreme but please understand we want to give everyone the best experience possible overall. We will continually reassess and adjust our policies as needed. Thank you GF! xo Steff
